The thing is that I've done this many times myself! There are times when I'm too lazy to put on my boots. It harkens back to the old days when I used to jump on my old KZ400 wearing nothing more than a t-shirt, shorts, sandals.

As an insurance agent I do have to dust off my penny loafers before marching into my office each morning with leather and helmet under arm.
I drive my car when it's appropriate and thankfully thats not often. Ride to live-live to ride applies to getting your ass to work as well.
