Biker's Block is described as a total skin protection developed by bikers for bikers. It has an SPF of 30, and contains Citronella oil to ward off bugs, and is even said to preserve the color and ink of your tatoos.

Among its skin protecting ingredients are Aloe Vera, Avocado Oils, Coconut Oil, Jojoba Oils, Sunflower Oils, Kelp Extracts, Vitamin E fortified with Allantoin -a patented FDA Category 1 Safe and Effective active ingredient that helps prevent and temporarily protects chaffed, chapped, cracked, or wind burned skin and lips.

The maker's of Biker's Block say that their product has been tested by the California Highway Patrol, (though they don't say what the test results were).

Still, it ought to be worth a try.
