Pet Carrier for Motorcycles

Pet Carrier for MotorcyclesA company called Moto-Pets Accessories, Inc. makes a pet carrier designed for motorcycles.

You may be thinking, "Why would you want to carry your dog on a motorcycle?"

Well, you put your old lady on the back of your motorcycle, so why not your dog? At least your dog won't complain about the seat!

Anyways, the Road Hound Pet Carrier comes in three sizes, the larger of which can accomodate dogs up to 30 pounds. Sold separately are mounting systems for just about any motorcycle, metric and American. The pet carrier has quick-release latches too.

Visit PetGadgets for more info.

A wee bit expensive nice idea as I have dog that would probably really like to go with us when we ride. I might just have to start tinkering and seeif I can't create a less expensive version

Tried to find a competitor since price seemed pretty steep - especially since the mounting system is NOT included. Seems to be only game in town (Texas) I agree with first Anonymous - will try and see what I can construct - after all, that's how they started. Great looks though!

Great Idea, Great look, way too much money, especially since the wife and I have two dogs, and two bikes. Think I will try to make something on my own. Think I am with the others, I'll make my own! WOW!

Yes it is too expensive but I really want one. I have a chigi and she weighs around 10lbs, probably be fine with any size besides the smallest one. So if you have a medium or large for sale, please let me know! jenmead@comcast.net.
