A lawmaker in Maryland has authored a bill that would outlaw fake testicles hanging from people's vehicles.
http://www.wtkr.com/Global/story.asp?S=6131392&nav=ZolHbyvjThe measure was filed in the General Assembly Monday by Delegate LeRoy E. Myers Jr., R-Washingon, who says children shouldn't be exposed to giant plastic gonads dangling from pickup truck trailer hitches. The bill also would ban depictions of naked human breasts, buttocks or genitals, with offenses punishable by fines of up to $500.
Personally, I would never hang such stuff from my motorcycle, but I've seen other bikers do it. And so what?

Reminds me of the old proposal to put pants on squirrels.
You can't legislate against bad bad taste, but those scrota are more charming than the deformed chromed women on mudflaps.
Will dogs be fined for their shameless display?

PIGS GOATS BULLS AT THE STATE FAIR ARE GOING TO BE WEARING PANTS. ALL MALE DOGS AND PETS WILL BE COVERED SO CHILDREN CAN NOT LOOK. I GUARANTEE A LIBERAL DEMOCRAT IS RESPONSABLE FOR THIS WASTE OF TIME & MONEY. BILL CLINTON DID MORE DAMAGE TO LITTLE CHILDREN BY TEACHING & LISTENING TO TV & RADIO TALKING ABOUT HIS ORAL SEX ACTS.
