American Motorcyclist Association recently published a review of Harley Davidson's new motorcycle, Rocker (FXCW), along with the Rocker C (FXCWC).

The Rocker is positioned to be the Motor Company's competition to the lower-priced customs being offered by manufacturers like Big Dog.

They even explained why HD calls it "Rocker"...

Hovering a mere finger's width above the tread is a fender that has no visible means of support. In fact, it's attached directly to the swingarm and "rocks" with the tire, hence the name Rocker, short for Rocker Tail.
