Harley-Davidson's "Nightster" is now available in Australia for the 2008 model year. And it looks a little bit different than the USA version.

The Australian Nightster has the rear end raised up, with the license plate hanging from the end of the rear fender, whereas the USA version has a side-mounted plate.

I wonder if there are laws against side-mounted plates in Australia?

The exhaust pipes are slightly different between the two. Another small difference is that USA version has a red reflector on the side of the rear fender. The rear shocks look slightly different. Also, the rear turn signals have different colors.

Anyways, the top photo is the Australian Nightster, and below it is the USA Nightster. Which one do you like better?
