Early this morning, A 25-year old biker led a high-speed police chase through San Diego, reaching triple-digit speeds, and ended up with him crashing into a masoleum building and dying.
The pursuit ended when he approached a tight "S" curve and lost control...
"The motorcycle struck the curb, hit a mailbox and then a building. The rider was ejected," said Baehr. It would've worked out for everyone that his dead body landed in front of the mausoleum, they wouldn't have to carry it far. Except they took his body to the Medical Examiner's office instead.
The motorcycle struck the Cypress View Mausoleum. The rider's body landed in front of the building, about 50 feet from his machine, said Baehr.

I caught myself laughing before realizing that it's not funny! Still the irony of it all, makes it humorous anyway.
I once saw an entire book on "freak accidents" and this story surely would qualify as one of the freakiest!

I guess we could say "he got what he deserved". It's just ironic that now people think it's ok to either fight or flee the law. Like that kid at Univ. of Florida who got tazed a few days ago....another example of 'you resist, you pay the price", maybe someday they will grow up.

as you find any humor in such events is beyond me, and the fact that you would publish them is gross. you might think of the family , the parents of that 20 year hold and find some kindness if not compassion. maybe your 2 seconds of humor in the light isn't worth the pain you create. signed the parent of a 22 year old recently killed by a vehicle crossing 3 lanes of traffic illegally and killing his son.. shame on you if you create one tiny shred of pain for them with your laughter. i doubt you intended harm but please give it thought
