On HDForums.com you can read the postings of bikers ranting about being denied service as they tried to place their orders at fast-food drive-thrus...
Pulled up to the Take Out Window, clerk says: "We don't serve motorcycles at the Drive Up Window. If you want something you have to come inside"Apparently, this happened at a Wendy's.
Asked why, was told, same line of BS. By this time, cars were starting to line up behind bike. Asked for Manager, was told to come inside to talk with Manager. Asked for Manager again. Told to wait until he was ready to see me. By this time again, cars are honking their horns.

I've never had a problem. I've gotten a few "Well, this is a first for me."
I laugh and say, "It's no big deal as long as I don't order a drink."

I have been told that a lot of chains have a no motorcycle at drive thru's policy due to their insurance rules. The logic they claim is cagers have room to store food while driving.

I've never had a problem and have seen no signs prohibiting motorcycles from the drive thru. If there are no signs posted and you are refused service, get a lawyer. Descrimination comes in all forms.
