Fox News reported that a woman in Mohawk Valley, NY, was angry at motorcyclists speeding down her street, and decided to toss a beer can at one of them.
The rider, 50-year old David Rivera, was distracted by the beer can heading towards him, just as a car pulled out of a side street. He collided with the car, and hit his head on its bumper, and died...
Authorities say 57-year-old Georgeanna Crisalli was charged Wednesday with felony reckless endangerment for her part in the April 8 crash in Amsterdam, 28 miles northwest of Albany. However, police are blaming Rivera's speeding as the main cause of the accident.
