Television Station KARE 11 reports that a biker in Monterey, CA has the image of the Virgin Mary on his road rash...
Marc Lipton said he was riding his motorcycle when he lost control and slid about 50 feet along the road.
Lipton said he wasn't wearing leather chaps at the time because he was close to home.
Lipton said he believes the Virgin Mary protected him from further injury when the motorcycle slid out from underneath him.

I bet that hurts a lot. My former boss had an accident in his bike and not only the knees but his both hands were scratched. That was really painful to see.

A scab is better than a broken knee where in many cases a replacement is needed. glad that was not your case man.
