Biker Goths Must be Rich
by Steve
Wednesday, April 02, 2008
I was perusing the wares of a clothes designer called "Ernte". They make stuff that looks like something a goth would wear while riding with a motorcycle gang.
Here's a link to their photos...

Unfortunately, you're going to need an awful lot of money to buy this stuff.

eLuxury.com sells their
Studded Leather Jacket, the one you see pictured above, for $2,470.00. I guess there has to be a market for this stuff. No one I know can afford any such thing.
Though, Paul Teutul Sr. might want to do some co-branding with these guys.

Harley-Davidson's New Summer Catalog
by Steve
Friday, April 27, 2007
This week I received Harley-Davidson's new 2007 Summer catalog, filled with hard-core gear that my wife and I need to buy.
Gear such as this "Women's Harmony Leather Jacket", pictured here...

http://www.harley-davidson.com/....&bmLocale=en_US
Described as a "Feminine styled lightweight leather jacket", it comes with a snap-down collar so that chicks don't have to worry about getting slapped on the face while riding their Sporties.
The motor company says that this jacket features an "action back". An action back? I didn't know the backs of jackets could provide action. Perhaps I've been depriving myself with another aspect of riding fun. Will have to investigate.
The studs and faux gems along waist combined with the studded applique on back will make sure those BMW guys won't mistake your ride for some kind of sorry little "Moto Goosey" thing.
Perfect for going to hard-core biker bars like the Rock Store or even Cook's Corner, it's sure to sell out fast at just a cost of $350.00.

Vanson Leather released a new jacket for the cruiser rider dubbed "Drifter".
The Drifter leather jacket incorporates a retro look along with features that contribute to both the comfort and safety of the rider. The straight front zipper, two zipped hand pockets and fitted kidney panel reference a classic style.
The jacket also incorporates removable armor that doesn't protrude through the leather like most other armored jackets. It also has vented sleeves.
