Hells Angels MC Sues Rap Star Young Jeezy Over Trademark Infringement

The famed motorcycle club has filed a lawsuit against 8732 Apparel, LLC, a brand owned by rap star Young Jeezy and Dillard's Inc, over its trademarked "Death Head" logo.  The trademark was used on a denim vest sold through 8732 Apparel's online store and through Dillard's Department Stores.

The vest has since been removed from 8732 Apparel's website, however we found a photo of the vest still online at Shopify.com, a technology company that powers e-commerce sites.

Case 2:13-cv-02242, dubbed "Hells Angels Motorcycle Corporation vs. 8732 Apparel, LLC et al", was filed on October 27, 2013 in U.S. District Court, California Eastern.

The Hells Angels have protected their trademark numerous times before, against the likes of Disney, Amazon.com, Toys R Us, and MTV.
